PortAventura is made up of two parks - PortAventura Theme Park and Caribe Aquatic Park,  

In PortAventura Park you can visit five different parts of the world – Mediterrania - with shops, rides and shows; Polynesia – a tropical jungle with water rides, a volcano and a great lake; China – where you may need to lean against the Great Wall after riding Dragon Khan which is an eight-looped roller coaster; Mexico – which includes the Hurakan Condor, a 300-foot free-fall ride with 3 seconds of G-force; and the Far West – with cowboy stunt shows, river rapids and even more rides.  All in all you can enjoy more than 30 rides, 100 different shows, 75 restaurants and food stalls, 28 shops with exclusive products, and 10 games areas for the whole family.

The new roller coaster

PortAventura is getting ready for the new ride arriving in 2012, Europe’s highest roller coaster. A new challenge that allows you to live the same sensations experienced by the greatest adventurers. It will take you to great heights, terrifying descents, a journey through dark tunnels and mountain lakes. A new ride that will allow you to experience many sensations and spectacular views of your surroundings.

Caribe Aquatic Park transports you to the Caribbean in two themed areas, one covered and one open-air, with indoor and outdoor attractions, games areas, restaurants and spectacular pools that perfectly recreate the atmosphere of the Caribbean.
