The price quoted is all you will pay. There are no extras such as cleaning etc. which others may charge.

We do not let the house wing on its own but only as an extension to the cottage rental if required. Therefore you will never have to share the facilities with anyone else. The pool and land are for the exclusive use of the cottage.

A 10% deposit will secure the booking with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of the rental.

Bed and breakfast prices are per twin room per night.

Payment can be made by transfer to a pound sterling or euro bank account. We also take credit cards but in the interest of keeping costs down, we have to charge a 3% handling charge if you choose this method of payment.
