The price quoted is all you will pay. There are no extras such as cleaning etc. which others charge

You will never have to share the facilities with anyone else. The pool and land are for the exclusive use of the cottage.

The cottage is equipped with a selection of basic food items such as coffer, tea, sugar, oil etc. In addition in high season we provide a welcome pack which includes bread, butter, jam, wine, milk etc. For Saturday arrivals, local supermarkets are open until 9.00pm. It is possible to find some shops open on Sunday morning but general opening is not the norm in Spain. We will advise you if your day of arrival is a public holiday. If this applies to you or you think you will be arriving late, we can help with getting in some shopping. Just let us know.

We have 2 methods of payment based on requests from previous customers. Either:

A 10% deposit will secure the booking with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of the rental. Or:

A 35% deposit on booking with the balance due on arrival.

Bed and breakfast prices are per twin room per night.

Payment can be made by transfer to a pound sterling or euro bank account. We also take credit cards but in the interest of keeping costs down, we have to charge a 3% handling charge if you choose this method of payment.
